The staff are fantastically friendly and provide a GREAT service. the location is fab, 1 mile from Skytower. - It's nestled in a nice building just off shops, a large supermarket, eateries, bars, and public transport.

Booked a room with lovely views over the park. Our bedroom was large. - the staff were especially helpful and extremely friendly. - It was in a central location, handy to loads of good cafes. Overall, our stay at Quest Ponsonby Serviced Apartments in Auckland was wonderful. the room we booked had beautiful views overlooking the park, a spacious bedroom, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the convenient central location made it easy to access plenty of great cafes in the area.

The location was particularly good, right across from western park, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was close to restaurants & shops, Grey Lynn, and shops. Accommodating rooms with very comfy beds, bathroom was nice size.

Modern hotel, ideal for celebrating birthday!! Separate room with all the right accessories as well as microwave. Fab location to explore Auckland and great service. Walking distance to a market and all the major stores across the street. My favorite property in Auckland.

The location of the hotel is central, surrounded by lots of food places, close to the city, Western Springs, and nightlife. the staff are amazingly friendly and efficient at all times. the room has great linen.

Terrific location, comfortable bed and sofa, good space, surprisingly private and quiet, easy parking, great shower. Very helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. Proximity to a superb supermarket and many excellent cafes was also a bonus.

Louis is an excellent Office Manager and works very hard to help meet the tenant's needs. His efforts makes Ponsonby Quest facilities a joy to use!

The staff at Quest Ponsonby Serviced Apartments were excellent. The location of the apartments was very convenient. We loved the convenience of having satellite television in the apartment. The central heating in the apartment was a nice feature. Having a work desk in the apartment was very useful. It was great that the apartments were only a 20-minute walk from central Auckland. The on-site private parking was a big plus.

Thie hotel was really well situated, especially amongst several excellent restaurants and great coffee places. The walk to and from the city centre was easy and being out of the CBD meant we had a quiet room. Staff were helpful. Late arrivals are a bit confusing at first, but once we worked out the intercom, it proceeded very quickly and easily.
